For muddy walks and hikes, rinse your shoes with water and use a bristled brush to remove mud or dirt, using a hard-bristled brush for the soles and a soft-bristled brush for the uppers. To restore waterproofing, use a specially made reproofing spray or applicator and be sure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Allow shoes to dry at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight and radiators. Avoid using a washing machine, as this may damage your shoes. |
